peanut butter mill

To improve and develop appropriate and cost-effective product processing and value-adding engineering technologies through designing of a workflow-process which starts with the raw agricultural product being processed into a value-added end product.

Activities:

  • Evaluation, development and design of product processing and value-adding equipment, facilities and systems
  • Engineering design and advice on post-harvest aspects such as storage, cooling, drying and handling facilities
