 (8%)

The induction was good and relevant but most questions were not satisfactorily answered and ARC needs to improve.
 (8%)

It helped me to have a clear understanding of how things should be done in the institution and how my rights, responsibilities and my well-being will be protected by the company.
 (8%)

I got updated on the new strategic goals and how they align with government's new direction. Saw and became familiar with a lot of new faces that form part of our senior and executive management. HR is very broad with so many subdivisions that I got exposed to during this workshop.
 (8%)

The session provided relevant information in terms of what the ARC is all about and how do I fit in the picture

Keep it the way it was, clear and straight forward!
 (8%)

my recommendation for organizers of the event to always keep time and remind speakers of the time allocated so that the programme does not get disrupted
 (8%)

it was good, keep it up
 (8%)

The start of the induction was not well prepared. All the speakers make up for that. I really appreciate the changes and the way of doing thing to better our working environment.
 (8%)

I have no recommendations, I believe the Induction was Simple and straight to the point.
 (8%)

MAYBE NOT SO LONG. BREAK IT UP INTO A FEW MORNINGS
 (8%)

ARC must not do the induction for the sake of doing or for the sake of ticket a box. They must do it for educating and improving the organization. Also for the benefit of both the organization and the employees.
 (8%)

Better copying strategies and wellness structures within the organization that can consulted in quest of address issues emanating from bullying and harassing supervisors who create an inconducive working environment for a unity and ultimately productivity within the team.

It was poorly communicated and advertised. I did not know about it until the same day. Only attended it out of curiosity and had to be in and out to honor other commitments that I could not have made if I knew about it. Started late, and top executives did not seem to respect and grace it with their participation. Speakers did not seem prepared enough and the program was too packed with speakers, which limited active participation. Very limited space was available for us to share our opinions about some of the ARC's position on various aspects of our work. For example, ICT should consider allowing us to use social media (e.g. Facebook, twitter, etc) scientists worldwide advance their careers and profiles via these platforms.
